What's the minimum commitment?
Managed Services requires a 12-month commitment with annual renewal. This ensures we can provision dedicated infrastructure and assign a named TAM.
Can I start on shared SaaS and upgrade later?
Yes. Many customers start on PAYG or Growth, then upgrade to Managed Services as their usage scales. We handle the migration seamlessly.
What regions are available?
US East, US West, EU (Frankfurt), APAC (Singapore, Mumbai). Additional regions available on request for Enterprise tier.
How does migration from legacy ERP work?
Our migration team works with your data team to map schemas, transform data, validate integrity, and run parallel systems until you're confident in the cutover. Typical migrations take 4-8 weeks.
Is there a separate charge for the TAM?
