Who Qualifies as "Legit"

We're looking for real companies building real products. Not side projects, not testing accounts, not arbitrage schemes. Prove you're building something and we'll fund your infrastructure.

Eligible — You Qualify If
  • Incorporated entity (any jurisdiction) LLC, C-Corp, Ltd, GmbH, Pvt Ltd, etc. Must be a legal business entity.
  • Less than 3 years old Incorporation date within last 36 months. We verify with public registries.
  • Under $5M in total funding (or bootstrapped) Pre-seed, seed, or bootstrap. If you've raised a Series A, you can afford to pay.
  • Live product or public beta Website, app store listing, landing page with waitlist, or demo. Show us you're building.
  • Fewer than 50 employees LinkedIn, team page, or self-reported. We trust you but verify if something looks off.
  • Business email domain [email protected], not a gmail/yahoo address. We check MX records.
Not Eligible — We Decline
  • Personal projects or hobby apps Use the $10K free tier instead — it's generous and has no strings attached.
  • Agencies or consultancies reselling If you're building for clients on their behalf, each client should apply separately.
  • Companies with existing SaaS contracts >$50K/yr If you're paying $50K+ for Salesforce, you can budget for ERP.AI.
  • Crypto, gambling, or restricted industries Standard compliance restrictions. We don't make the rules.
  • Multiple applications from same founders One startup credit per founding team. We check.
  • Shell companies or dormant entities Must show active development or business operations.

Do the startup credits expire?

No. Startup program credits have no expiry date. Use them at your own pace.

Can I combine startup credits with the free tier?

Yes. The $10K free tier is separate from startup program credits. You'll get both — your startup credits are used first.

What happens when credits run out?

Add a payment method and continue at pay-as-you-go rates ($0.005/token). No interruption to service.

Can I upgrade my credit tier later?

Yes. If your startup grows into a higher tier (e.g., gets into an accelerator), apply for an upgrade. We'll top up the difference.

Is there a deadline to apply?
